Warm, funny, and known for holding space like a pro, she’ll guide you through self-discovery with equal parts insight and laughter. When she’s not deep in energy work or studying the mysteries of the mind, she’s curled up with a good book and her cuddle monster, Mushy—who fully believes he’s the star of the show.

Allison is a powerhouse pharmacist turned holistic healing champion, with years of experience in business and a grand vision—The Conscious Collection, an integrated hub for mind, body, and soul. As the organisational heart of it all, she keeps the wheels turning, the events running, and the admin (miraculously) under control. When she’s not orchestrating workshops or hosting her legendary walking groups, you’ll find her out in nature, hiking up mountains like it’s a casual stroll. A creative spirit at heart, she infuses everything she touches with art, passion, and a deep love for community—something the people of Hout Bay know well!
